The goal of the day was just a Bicycle-tour to Puyo. But at the first opportunity Deirdre and Niamh from Ireland tried to get rid of me and made me jump down a bridge. But the ecuadorian equipment was stronger than expected and I survived. However, we never reached Puyo - with an average speed of 3mph...Wathever, it was a great day, very relaxed, even at the Cascada del Diablo, which was rather heavenly beautiful!
After all that biking, we went to the piscinas de la Virgen, and got boiled at 42ºC. Relaxing - that's all what Bagnos is about.
