For some strange reason, I've spontanuously booked a tour to the Pisco Breweries around Ica - even if the plan was, to wait with tasting until being in Argentina...
Whatever, I'm sure now that I'm not a Pisco-Fan be it sour or not. The brewery was pretty much of a tourist trap and I was glad the taxi driver took us to a smaller one, where locals go to drink and fiesta. Besides the Pisco (which is actually fermented in theese old school pottery containers) the owner collects all sort of crap, including fotographs of beauty queens - and him.
