From Peru I went straight to Buenos Aires - for a healthy steak. Everybody tells you about it, but still it's quite surprising when you have this massive piece of meat in front of you...Of course you won't stay dry either - a tasty tinto will ensure that everything goes smooth in the throat. Salud!
